At Cardio Blast Boot Camp we use weights, pads, bags, focus mitts & exercise to create a program to challenge all the major muscle groups & give your whole body with a stimulating & fun workout.
- Squats and Lunges help target the tummy hips and thighs and core stabilising exercises offer the benefit of a strong core for great posture and strength and to reduce the risk of injury in every day activities.
- Cardio fitness for your heart and resistance training for a smooth, toned, muscular body
- Punching and kicking drills on the bags to tone the muscles and build stamina and endurance.
