​Every class is different to keep you challenged and to  get the best results and are suitable for all ages and  fitness levels. This is a whole body workout using a range of exercise styles including circuit, body weight, cardio, kickboxing skills, cross fit, interval and weights to work on core, balance, strength, endurance, heart health, weight loss and toning providing a great all over workout  leaving you feeling pumped up, invigorated and positive and ready to take on the world.
