Fitness & Body Shaping

We offer a variety of training principals for our fitness and body shaping workouts to keep it fun and interesting and burn up those excess calories while you tone and firm for a killer body.
We combine pad drills (boxing and kickboxing drills & skills) with light weights and proven exercise regimes that involve core strength, fitness, agility and muscle tone and definition such as sit ups, push ups, lunges & squats. It's always fun and we work at a pace to suit your ability and needs. Your workouts will be continually changing to stave off boredom and keep your muscles constantly challenged for maximum results. 

You'll Look better, feel better and function better. And once you get those muscles working your metabolism will kick in and burn up those nasty calories!

You will look fantastic and feel fantastic too.

Circuit Training with minimal rest:
This activity burns approximately 696 calories per hour
We also have our AWESOME Friday morning Cardio Blast circuit class. 

Get fit and have fun and meet some new friends. 
ONE hour full body circuit workout, using bags and pads as well as circuit stations and light weights. 
Work at your own pace, get those muscles working and 

get your heart pumping for the rest of the day
Great for guys and girls. 
Its fun, it's friendly and suitable for ages and fitness levels.
 10:00 am - 11:00am Fridays. 
ONLY $15 per session
