Cardio Blast Boot Camp

At Cardio Blast Boot Camp we use weights, pads, bags, focus mitts and exercise to create a program that challenges your whole body and provides all the major muscle groups with a stimulating and fun workout.
  •  Squats and Lunges help target the tummy hips and thighs and core stabilising exercise offer the benefit of a strong core for great posture and strength and to reduce the risk of injury in every day activities. 
  • Cardio fitness enables your heart to function more efficiently and weight bearing exercise reduces the risk of osteoporosis. 

And with exercise (and good eating habits) comes weight loss and a reduced risk of heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure and diabetes. 
It can improve cholesterol levels, reduce stress and anxiety, reduce the risk of some cancers, reduce the severity of some forms of depression as well as maintain muscle and joint strength, function and conditioning get a better night's sleep and improve your personal life.
