It's all sunshine and rainbows now, and even better, Summer FunFit starts November 24th.
6 week Program - Suits all Ages and Fitness Levels

This is a 6 week program running two sessions a week. 
    
Full Season         (12 sessions)      $120.00 per person
New recruits - join with a friend and save $20 each         $100.00 each

The Spring Bootcamp program welcomed more new faces and bought plenty of fun and laughter but now Summer  is almost here and the holiday season will be upon us before you know it.  
Spring has seen us getting outside into the fresh air and getting our legs and hearts pumping now that the sun is up at the same time we are. 
The best start to your day is a healthy active one. 
Now get moving and take the first step on your health and fitness journey.

These sessions are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. All you need is the commitment and the right attitude. And a towel...

Each session is a whole body workout addressing all areas of fitness- strength, endurance, agility, coordination,power, speed and cardio health to tone your body and help kick start your weight loss, getting you on the path to the healthiest, fittest, strongest body you've ever had. 
Using drills, skills, circuit, partner and individual formats, and incorporating weights, ropes, tyres, pads, bags, bands and other equipment throughout the class, keeps your heart rate elevated and the blood pumping for a super effective calorie smashing workout to shift stubborn excess weight and develop and tone your new muscles. Structured to encourage your own achievements in a friendly group environment with challenges toi measure your progress.

With programs changing regularly there will be something new every time you walk through the door so expect to be challenged.

Our indoor venue provides safety, security, and protection from the elements as well as the option to train outdoors too so there are no excuses.
